OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) is the place to go to deal with this dishonest and deceitful dealership. We had an encounter with Salesman Marc Comeau. We negotiated all the terms of the deal over the phone for a 2015 Lexus RX350 F-Sport at around 1:00 pm on October 4th, after we reached an agreement, we scheduled an appointment to see the car at 4:30 pm on the same day. We then called the salesman to reschedule it a bit earlier at 3:00 pm. My father, who is a senior citizen, arrived on time at 3:00 pm and was surprised to find out that someone else was test driving the car. They made him wait until the other buyer is finished, and made him test drive the car as well. When the time came to initiate the purchase process, my father was told that the car has been sold. The salesman misinformed us about a potential buyer who is ahead of us. The salesman did not even ask us to put a deposit on the car, which we were willing to do to avoid this degrading situation. I have contacted OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) and I have placed a formal complaint against this professional misconduct. Senior citizens deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and truthfulness, but apparently Tony Graham Lexus thinks otherwise.

While all terms of the deal were negotiated over the phone, it was clear that the purchase of the vehicle was conditional on a test drive. My New Lexus IS300 AWD was scheduled for a first month/1000KM check-up. My appointment was on time. Staff were polite and informative. My car was returned not just washed on the outside, but they vacuumed the inside too. Big Thanks.

3 year old Lexus, had to bring it into Tony Graham because of a fowl smell coming from vents when I started it up. Ended up paying $225 for ac cleaning. Strange that I never had this type of trouble with any of my previous cars. I tried talking with managers but they wouldn’t cover the cost. They tried to tell me that I’m not doing enough km and the car is sitting idle. I have put 8,000km on it since March. Very disappointed with the customer service and the industry as a whole. Seems like nobody cares about repeat business anymore. Would have expected more form a luxury vehicle dealership.

Hello John, These smells from the vents on your dash are usually caused by dirt, dust, and debris building up in your HVAC system. When moisture gets trapped in this dirt, dust, and debris, mold and mildew can start to form leading to a foul smell from the vents. Driving habits combined with weather temperature and humidity can enhance this smell. I applaud you for taking the initiative to bring in your Lexus so that we can safely clean and disinfect your HVAC system to ensure your family’s safety. Take care. I visited Tony Graham Lexus in Ottawa today to buy a new battery from their parts department, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Daryl! He thoroughly explained the battery type and specifications, and even helped me with the installation. He offered me a drink, and was incredibly attentive and customer-oriented. After I finished installing the new battery, he went inside and returned with 2 pink roses for my wife and daughter. I have never experienced such outstanding service from any dealership in my life. Thanks to employees like Daryl, this is the only place I trust for parts and vehicle servicing. 10 out of 10!
