Best experience thus far at a dealership. Traveled for out of town, came across this dealership on a whim and glad I did. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Matt and Will. Whom both have been in contact with me since day of purchase to answer and questions I may have and to see how my overall experience has been with my new purchase. Customer service was fantastic. The best customer service at any dealership or auto body shop I have been to. Vehicles were clean and staff is very knowledgeable. Willing and able to work with your schedule and also with your budget. Vehicles are affordable. The only downside is that they don't have as many vehicles on the lot as some of the larger dealerships. Limited as to what they have on hand to look at and test drive at the first visit.

I brought my car in for a Peace of Mind inspection due to my car being nearest 100000 kilometer and end of warranty. Raelene in the service dept was on top & timely with email response's and info. Brief history Mr. Lube Windermere had tried to work me over when I had my car in there two months ago for a simple oil changes. They informed me that I needed a brake flush upon other services that "absolutely" needed to be done. My instincts being what they are and knowing my vehicle I didn't believe that to be true. The service I received it St Albert Chrysler was awesome I had two or three things to be done that was covered by warranty a couple of things that could have been done 3 to 6 months down the road no pressure to have service's done. More importantly none of which Mr Lube Windermere tried to take me for was any concern by the st. Albert Chrysler mechanics. As I made sure to have them check these points. Appreciate the honesty and straight up service

The buying experience with Mark Ammar and St. Albert Dodge was excellent. Mark took the time to understand what I was looking for in a Jeep, and was very attentive to the fact we would be travelling to St. Albert for delivery. The whole process took several weeks, and Mark was very patient and professional. Out of the several dealerships and salesmen throughout Alberta we had trying to find us the right Jeep, I am very glad we went with Mark and St. Albert Dodge.
