We recently purchased a new vehicle at South Trail Chrysler and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. Visited many Chrysler dealerships and we were very impressed from the second we stepped in until we drove away. Do yourself a favour and ask for Brad Shannon, he was friendly and personable while at the same time very knowledgeable. He worked really hard to get us the vehicle we needed at the price we wanted. Well unfortunately I've had to change my rating of this dealership sadly. I thought I was going to finally found a service department that would understand that I do care but my vehicle and the maintenance of my vehicle. Unfortunately again I find myself disappointed. I'm still having concerns with my vehicle as well as the recall on my shifter and the last time I spoke to Jeremy my service representative unfortunately it got heated. I told him something I was concerned about and even though it only happened once he told me not to worry about it! I don't voice my concerns just to hear myself talk. I voice them because it is a concern and I don't like to be told don't worry about it and then perhaps six months later come back when my engine is having major problems and I was told not to worry about it. So unfortunately I've decided to go to another dealership that was recommended to me by one of my good friends who's been in the car business for 34 years. I sat down with the owner / general manager and explain what happened at this dealership and how I wasn't being listened to as far as my concerns went. Another thing that really disappointed me about this dealership is the fact that they have no loaner cars. You can rent a car for $30 or $35 a day from them how crazy is that? It's not like they're not getting paid to do the work on my car even though I didn't purchase my vehicle through them. For a dealership that's trying to establish a good clientele and draw people to them that's not a good way to start out by saying you can rent a car from us. Seems a little strange to me. I didn't bother notifying the dealership that I was going elsewhere but I did want to post this to show my disappointment yet again. I hope this review reaches the right people. And I hope that people that read this will take into consideration what I have spoken about. I enjoyed my vehicle and I want it to last a long time and I want to take good care of it and I appreciate vehicles of all types I guess you could call me a car girl or a boy at heart when it comes to fast cars. PREVIOUS POST Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in for service and had a very very good experience. They were efficient polite and did a very good job of figuring out what the problem was with my vehicle. This was my first visit to the dealership and this will not be my last visit to the dealership. Christina and Britney in the service department reception we're very polite and pleasant to me. And Jeremy my service technician absolutely 100% took care of all of my questions and all of my concerns about my Grand Cherokee. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase. I've been in many different dealerships and this is a brand new dealership with first class service and the environment is inviting clean and very efficient. April 17 2018 Well this dealership has gone through its bumps in the beginning I had a terrible experience but now I can say I'm extremely happy with the customer service that they are supplying me. Had my car in yesterday for a minor check up and it was a pleasant experience except for the fact that I found out that Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is only have A3 year warranty on powertrain and the rest of the stuff. Yikes I wish I'd known that years ago but oh well still the experience was good. They are close to my residence and Aubrey the driver who takes me home and picks me up is the most wonderful man he is pleasant and he is courteous and very kind they are very lucky to have a man like that who is so nice to be able to drive people in such a crummy weather and crummy traffic. Anyway my mind has been changed when it comes to South Trail Chrysler Jeep I really do appreciate that they went through a growing stage when they first opened and now things have changed dramatically. So I would like to say thank you for treating me well yesterday and giving me some information that I needed. Cheers Brenda Grand

We had a great experience with the purchase of our Jeep. Tony was wonderful to deal with and the process was very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend them. Tony went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted for our trade in as well as get us the payment that we wanted on our new jeep.
