Always a pleasure dealing with OMS. My advisor john turner is always helpfull and polite. He provides me with top notch service and advice. I had a really annoying clicking noise coming from behind the dash and after a short time listening to it, he pegged the problem bang on. I would not hesitate John and OMS for top notch service and a very stress free and relaxed experience.

I had to get an oil change with OMS as i had a pre-purchased oil change card with oil changes remaining. Due to several incidents previously where I scheduled service appointments with OMS first thing in order to have cars back by end of day; only to have them disassemble the car and then find out they didn't have parts; I no longer use them for service. I was actually surprised that this oil change wasn't as long as they previously took (up to 1 1/2 hours )

treated well upon arrival. was offered a ride home which I declined. Was kept informed of my vehicles progress and when finished had a prompt discussion on issues of vehicle, then on my way.

Had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. Unfortunately they did not have a tire in stock to replace it and I was going out of town so I couldn't wait to order. But when they found out I needed a new tire and they didn't have one in stock they called me right away so I wasn't left waiting around.

I was very impress with the salesman Mr. Brian Dick its the first time that I go home with a new car and I know what my car can do Mr. Dick took the time to explain everything to me which was never done before. I know that I would ask for him and recommend him when I get another car he is not pushy and gives you time to think. I am very happy with the purchase.
