I have had multiple services such as : 1) heater core inspection 2) console repair and replacement 3) over heating repair 4) complete vehicle review of radiator, cooling lines, steering column Throughout all of these John has gone above and beyond to ensure the best repairs all while treating me with the utmost respect as a customer to the point where I feel more like a family member. OMS is definitely a service point worth considering and continuing to use as a main service depot. When you do book your appointment, be sure to request or ask for John. You will not be disappointed!

Had a issue with my car pulling to the right. Was given a rental and was communicated to during the entire repair with daily updates. A little disappointing that after only 6 weeks the car needed a week long repair to go straight but that is of no fault of anyone on the service team working on my TRAX. Actually took the opportunity to have winter tires installed at the same time so worked well and car now goes straight.

Almost painless ....

My car has been consuming oil every 2000km , Joe started me on an oil consumption program and through that determined that my 2010 Equinox was going thru too much oil and schedules the appropriate repairs ( new pistons & rings) which were installed and only took 1 1/2 days to complete repairs. He also arranged for a new Equinox while mine was in for repair. When I got my vehicle back it was clean and ready when I arrived ... Thanks Joe & OMS!!
