Had minor A13 service, was told it would take 2 hours. I waited over 3. This is oil change, transmission fluid and tire rotation...To top it all off the mechanic forgot to put my windshield washer reservoir cap back on. Should be fun tomorrow when they tell me I have to pay $30 for a new one. If this happens I will go somewhere else for service. Good thing it wasn’t my oil cap I guess!!!
