Receptionist was very friendly and polite. Was put onto sales where Duane did not put any pressure on me or my wife to make a purchase after telling him we were looking at another brand. He politely told us to think about it , get back to him at our convenience. We did purchase the CRV and like other dealers were informed of the other protection plans with the finance person. Again , he was professional. A very smooth transaction with the purchase and thanks to the staff involved.

Will never buy a Honda here. Like Honda but dislike service here. Need my car for weekend to go out of town. Put in for service and now they say at 2:30 in the day it might not get done today. This was booked a week ago. I changed my whole schedule for this. It’s like they just don’t give a crap. Never had this problem on the mainland with my Honda. Nothing but headaches since moving here.
