I recently worked with Robby( Robert) at SMP, and although we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service he provided. Robby was incredibly attentive and left no stone unturned in trying to help us find the right car within our budget while keeping all of our specific requirements in mind. He spent a great deal of time with us, going over different options and making sure we felt supported throughout the process. Even though we didn’t finalize a make or model, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to Robby’s professionalism and dedication. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and goes the extra mile for you, Robby is your guy. Highly recommended!

My starter went on my vehicle, which I purchased from Smp. I used my caa to tow my vehicle there they misdiagnosed my vehicle, so I had to pay to get my vehicle towed to kia to get my car fixed. If they hadn't misdiagnosed my vehicle, I wouldn't have had to pay for the tow. Cost me 166 dollars for nothing.
