Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had bought a Ford Explorer. Live 3 hours away they say no problem we deliver so great however they delivered me a vehicle scratched all to crap didn’t show any of that in the photos, interior pieces broken, again did not show any of that in photos. Rear drivers side door doesn’t even lock and this is a 2021 fully loaded suv I paid top dollar for. Was told that day when I contacted salesman Osman that they will make it right and fix everything not to worry. Well 2 months have gone by and all they do is ignore calls and texts and when leave messages never anything in return. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The sad part is I’m a return customer to them this is the 2nd I’ve bought and that’s how I get treated. Horrible experience. I waited till now to post review in hopes they would stay good to there word and fix the issues or at least pay for them to be repaired. Edit: currently working with management to resolve issues will update review once completed… We’ll have left multiple messages with reception. They seem to screen calls pretty good. Pretty sure they are just putting me off long enough to say it’s no longer there problem. Brutal customer service.
