My experience began with an impatient receptionist at the service desk frustrated at my request to schedule my very first service and installation of mud flaps on my 4 mth old Jeep. When I tried to pay my bill, she loudly complained how busy it was and made it quite clear I was bothering her. When I asked her why she didn’t think that ‘being busy’ wasn’t a good thing for the company, she gave me a list that consisted of everything from eating her lunch, to it being sunny outside and it was a Friday. I then asked her what her point was. She grudgingly let me pay my bill then grumbled as I walked away. Customer service is obviously not part of the orientation program. I will not be returning in the future. Ps - I haven’t even touched on the actual work NOT completed on my truck.

You’re missing out on some incredible service if your not taking your vehicle here! I’ve been to many dealerships and this is the best in the city, that’s the truth. Everyone was super friendly and very organized. Employees all worked well with each other like an efficient well tuned machine. Can’t thank service enough for what they’ve done for me. Pulled in and drove out with a loaner in minutes, expecting the mountain of work to take a while I was happily surprised it was done by the following day. My Dodge Ram 2500 CTD is running like a top again and will be going back to these guys for any work to be done. Thanks again South Trail!

Not really a big deal, But was disappointed when i paid $140 for oil change. You refused to give me a mopar mug, because i didnt spring for the piece of mind package. Especially after just buying truck a year ago

They were therough and quick. Even washed my truck. Very happy with them. Had some bad experience with other Chrysler deal ships and am never going anywhere else

I have been using this dealership to service my vehicles since they opened. All of their service people are great. But thier service advisor Jenn S is amazing. Always goes above and beyond what you would expect from any other service provider.
