Updated (2025): A Tale of Two Experiences at Riverside Dodge I originally left a 5-star review in 2022 after purchasing my Durango brand new. The experience then was excellent, my salesperson went above and beyond to source exactly what I wanted, even though it wasn’t on the lot. That kind of service earned my loyalty. Fast forward to 2025, I returned hoping to upgrade to the new model and take advantage of the 0% for 72 months promotion. This time, the experience couldn’t have been more different. I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. No effort, no interest, and they didn’t even step outside to look at my trade-in, which is still in excellent condition. When I brought up trade value, I was told that anything above blue book “wasn’t worth taking to the sales manager.” Five minutes later, I was out the door with a handshake and no deal. Maybe the mistake was not dealing with the same person as last time. But sometimes you meet the wrong people for all the right reasons. If you go to Riverside, be cautious. Who you deal with makes all the difference. Some earn your business. Others just hope you won’t ask questions. If you let them take advantage of you, they will. Don’t be that customer.

Great, friendly staff in the sales department. They worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. Truck was detailed however found several spots that were not and was told I'd have vehicle in for service this week. Still waiting for the call. A little more knowledge on used vehicle information would help as well. Will have to dig a little to get some info that wasn't able to be provided but overall impressed this time around.
