Submitted an online inquiry to test drive a vehicle on a Saturday. Taylor was quick to call me and let me know he would have the vehicle ready for us out front upon our arrival. Taylor greeted us outside and took us straight over to the vehicle we were interested in. He was thorough and considerate of our wants/needs. The vehicle we were interested in had just come in on trade and they were willing to put it on the lifts in the service department and allow us to look at it ourselves. This amount of transparency was very appreciative- a small gesture, with a big impact on the purchase of our vehicle. With the help of Fern, we took ownership of our vehicle a couple days later! Taylor was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. He communicated with us the whole process and made the process effortless. Highly recommend!

I have been trying for 5 days to deal on an SUV for my daughter before she goes to University and have yet to have my messages, emails or any other inquiries returned by ANYONE!!! Although I was going to pay cash I filled out the online finance application just in the hopes of getting someone’s attention. Pre-approved and still NO CONTACT from dealership. Found the vehicle on Kijiji and messaged them through that but NOPE no reply. Pathetic professionalism and service. Obviously not too interested in getting my business and never will now.
