I wasn’t pleased with how employees spoke about Indigenous people while I was standing in the business. This was regarding the tragedy in James Smith Cree Nation in which they spoke about and the comments they made were gross. I was uncomfortable. I was pleased with my vehicle after it was repaired. But I was not impressed with the person I was working with through the process. He gave me a quote and receipt for my bill and said my vehicle would be complete in one day. It took two full days before I got my vehicle back. Also, after I paid in full $3800.00 the person I was working with called me telling me I owed another $390.00 which at the beginning I was told I would not owe anything extra once my vehicle repairs were complete. Thankfully, the manager I spoke with made the changes and told me that I would not have any owing balance. Update: March 17, 2023, I had another issue with an employee named Curtis in parts service, he was very rude and disrespectful over the phone. I will not work with him when I get services here at this location. He kept cutting me off over the phone as I attempted to have him understand my situation personally before starting business. Seems like Riverside Dodge needs to teach Curtis from parts communication etiquette. Thankfully Sarah and Jake were able to help me out. While on holiday, in Northern Saskatchewan we were in need of mechanical help. Stopping in at Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep to get assistance was the best stop we could have made.
