Poor service
January 30, 2019
The driver’s side window on my wife’s HRV froze open and the service department person on the phone provided nothing more than “you can drop it off but we wouldn’t get to it until next week.” When I said I’d do that but needed a ride home, she said I was out of luck because the shuttles were booked for three days ahead. That’s not service.

It’s been s great experience taking my vehicle for service. I was very pleased with the whole process.Graham was the gentleman who did the necessary repair to my vehicle, and was transparent in explaining what had been done. Great asset to your company.

James Le went beyond and above for his amazing customer service with my purchase on my new Honda Civic 2019. I sincerely walked away with this experience feeling very fortunate to have James as my sales rep. From the minute I walked into the door and walked out, he was outstanding. Thank you so much. Norm was outstanding by explaining every little detail on the signing of my contract. A very kind and compassionate gentleman. Thank you Norm for your assistance. A special thank you also to Sanjay, who was very patient in explaining all the details on my new vehicle. He was a pleasure. My experience left me very thankful and very fortunate to have dealt with such amazing customer service from the minute I walked into the door and left with my Honda Civic. Bought a new vehicle and was very impressed with Crown. Salesman Robby Lazo was great. Wade in finance was great to deal with. Sanjay, my tech teacher, was fantastic. I know how to use most features in the vehicle thanks to him. Overall, a wonderful experience for a stressful time. Thanks all.
