Service was a software recall. They also checked my tire pressure which was so cute because I thought it was a sensor problem as someone told me earlier when I got the oil changed but I guess it wasn’t! Was pleasantly surprised to see that resolved without even me asking for it. You guys went above and beyond.

Took 45 minutes to check in, which is way too long. Also the pick up shuttle was a complete mixup, we were two hours late from when they originally told us to be picked up. Just generally seemed disorganized. Maybe it was the time of the year, But no excuse.
