Should be ready for first appointment of the day I also was told they would price match winter tires when i found a better deal they reneged. When they couldnt flip me into a new lease because i said I was buying car out my phone stopped ringing and questions ignored.

AMAZING customer service all around. Sales reps were extremely accommodating. Everyone in the building happy to see my dog and made me feel very comfortable. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership.

My son went to this dealer just to look at a car and wanted to test drive it. In order to test drive it, he had to sign a paper and make a $500 payment as a damage deposit, this paper end up being a sales agreement. He test drove it, liked the car, but want to get a second opinion and ended up changing his mind. It was a hassle to get the $500 back. I should say it was rather a fight to get it back. To me clearly, the salesman, (don't want to mention his name and hope he changes) saw a not experienced young man, and instead of helping, tried to screw him over. I imagine if we bought a vehicle there and there will be an issue with it down the road, they would have brushed us off. You can clearly see in other comments, that this Dealer need to work harder on his image. If you want a Honda go rather to Harvest Honda in Steinbach. Very polite sales people and they won't pressure or trick you....
