Some thief smashed my pride and joy's window to get at nothing that I had in my glove box. I took it into the body shop and they cleaned up my glass and taped up the window. I was very relieved and extremely impressed by their help with my situation and also how to proceed next to get it sorted out. They made a lousy situation not seem so bad and I would definitely refer my friends here.

I broke down during a move across the country and got towed to this location on a Sunday evening. I went in with my keys the next day, located the car and gave them my information. They had diagnosed the problem within an hour, and another hour later it was fixed and I was back on the road. They were transparent about pricing and timing the whole way through and were friendly enough to help me not go crazy during a very stressful time. If I lived in Winnipeg, I would be going back there for all my issues. Shoutout to Graham for being great

Its always great, from the time you drive it. Kenny always smiles and looks happy to see me even when I haven’t been at his station. Shuttle drivers are awesome My one wish would be that the car would be washed after servicing. Thank you.

I had my battery checked in October during my B Service appointment and it got 2 green check marks. However, when the weather turned colder in November, the battery started going low on me, to the point where I had to have CAA give me a boost one time. I phoned your service department to find out what I should do and at first I was told that, "No, I could not have had my battery inspected with the B Service." But, clearly, I had the sheet right in front of me showing what was checked. When I told her that, the young woman said that a service person would phone me back. I never got a call, so I took my car to Canadian Tire where the battery and alternator were both tested and it was determined that I needed a new battery. I know that your employees are extremely busy and have to work quickly, but this is a little detail that has somewhat affected how I feel about my experience with Winnipeg Honda.

I was approached by Honda about an early trade in on my leased Honda CRV. I was hesitant to do so because of of new technology and worries that my new lease would be overly expensive. The response of the sales team to accomodate me and the respectful patience of the individuals showing me the new features of the car quickly dispelled my apprehensions. I am currently very much enjoying my new CRV, thanks to all those that assisted me.
