Simply awesome experience. When Ford would not help us out to turn in our leasr with only 2 months left South Trail did. We were in the market to buy that day and again only South Trail stepped up to help. They were not pushy at all, in fact we came to them and told them what we wanted out monthly payments to be as well as length of term and they delivered. We got the truck we wanted and even went the extra mile to compensate us by offering to pay for our 2 months of insurance left on the lease as well as the plate. I can honestly say I will only deal with South Trail Chrysler and specifically Yannick. He was the one guy who helped make it happen for us. Excellent job and service I greatly recommend this dealership.

Great dealership! Not only was the price of my brand new truck more than fair and reasonable, but dealing with the folks in service is a pleasure every time. Super helpful and accommodating.

I was very clear about what I wanted to look at in a message to Danny Jenkins, hoping to avoid going down and dealing with pressure tactics or being upsold into something we didn't need or want. We went in after talking and Danny was amazing, he showed us only what we wanted to find, no pressure to look at anything else, he answered each of our questions, he went over and above to assist us, and we walked out that day with our new truck. Thank you to Chris and Chad also!
