Call the service department with an issue with my Ram truck, I was put to service advisor in less than a minute from my initial call. She made me feel comfortable and help me with my issues. She made sure that I was well take care of from the time I first called to the time I picked up my vehicle.

My experience as a buyer at Laplante was overall awesome. On the sale's side, Dan provided excellent service and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Dan took the time to answer all my question and concerns, which I had a lot of, so I greatly appreciate it. I also appreciate him coming into work on his scheduled day off to accomodate my schedule. He definitely went above and beyond to provide an excellent client service. I know I am very hard headed and can sometimes be hard to deal with, so for all that : 5+ stars for Dan! Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same for the financial portion of my buying experience. Mike, the finance manager, I felt as though he was condescending the two times I spoke with him. I had questions about the contract, and it seems as though I was an inconvenience to him everytime. I work in finances, so I take the time to review every bit of details and calculations. By doing so, I corrected a few mistakes on his bill of sale and he seems to not have liked that. Rather than agreeing with me, he kept telling me I was wrong, and that you "can't do that" as he rips up my copy and reprints his bill of sale. What I found funny is that he reprinted the bill of sale and did the EXACT same amendment as I did.. I found him quite rude with me and even a little snippy with Dan when Dan was trying to address my financing concerns. Having worked in client service environment, the customer is always right and should be treated with respect. A condescending tone isn't the way to do that. If I had to give any constructive criticism it would be towards Mike given that he has such a crutial portion when people are buying a vehicle. -1 star for Mike.

Ive had my jeep for 1.5 years. In the winter when its below -15 (approximately) the four wheel drive overheats and then the service light comes up. Last winter i brought my jeep twice and the problem was not fixed. This year i brought my jeep in another 3 times and the problem has yet to be fixed. On top of that, I was told id get a loaner vehicle and twice i went in for appointments and the dealership had no vehicle for me, nor a driver to bring me back to work. To this day, my vehicle remains unfixed.
