Great Service

Had issues with my Ram 1500 and called the service department for help, they picked up quickly and offered to help in a very friendly way. I then had to bring my truck in and got even better service in person.Thank you

Daniel Marleau was polite, accommodating and jovial. He is very pleasant to deal with. He is straightforward has a good knowledge of products. If he does not know the answer to our question, he does not hesitate to say so and then find the proper answer. We have enjoyed dealing with Daniel. He had us meet the service manager and other staff . We enjoyed our dealings with Alexandre as well. All in all we will not hesitate to recommend Laplante Chrysler Jeep to our friends. Salesman Daniel was very nice and polite with us. And Genevieve Laplante was also very helpful. But our experience was disappointing. We were told that the used 2018 Grand Caravan Crew we bought was equipped with Bluetooth, Navigation and DVD and it had neither.. Genevieve had a Bluetooth installed for us at no cost but we were not compensated for the Navigation and DVD.

A huge thank you goes out to the amazing and professional staff at Laplante Chrysler Dodge and in particular to Alex the sales manager who went above and beyond to source the relight vehicle that we wanted with all the particulars and to Joe in sales for his kind demeanor and attention to detail when delivering the car to us. Joe went out of his way and took his own personal time to accommodate a delivery date that worked for us. The team at Laplante Dodge are exactly what you want when going through the experience of buying a new/used car. No pressure, no sideways sales tactics, No BS!! I would encourage anyone to not hesitate to go to Laplante in Embrun. The extra few kilometres are worth it !! We will be back.
