Steve was good to deal with. There was a couple bumps in the road with the timing of some things and some documents but was sorted out in the end. Love my new to me car

The service team at Jim Thompson Chrysler is amazing! I had a check engine light come in and they were able to get me in the next day to have it looked at. I dealt with Nicole and she was wonderful! She explained everything to me in detail and kept me updated during the repair. Spending money on unexpected car repairs is never fun, but when you deal with great people it makes a huge difference. I will continue to bring my Dodge Dart here!

I absolutely love my 2021 Ram. A big selling point for me is service, and these guys are awesome. Isaac Duchesne helped me from start to finish and he was super nice. I definitely recommend them!! All of the them were ready and willing to help when it was needed so I certainly appreciate and thank them for everything.!!! Keep up the good work.

We dealt with Nick at Jim Thompson Chrysler and we had such a superb experience purchasing our new vehicle. Jim Thompson Chrysler dealership was welcoming, easy to deal with, and got us into the vehicle that was right for us. The whole crew was fantastic but Nick is such a great guy, very personable, and will always get my referral.

The service while purchasing the car was great, UNTIL after the purchase. While picking up the 2 vehicles we purchased, we noticed rock chips in the paint which we didn't see during the purchase as it was night time. This wasn't disclosed and was odd for a 2020 certified pre owned vehicle (Hyundai Elantra). There were also paint scrapes on the rear bumper that were not disclosed. The salesman said he didn't know about it, and offered to have touch up paint ordered to rectify the issue. This was January 4th. A few days after purchasing the car, I had a headlight out, and assumed since it was only a few days after purchase they would just replace my headlamps (it costs $70 and would keep a customer who just purchased 2 vehicles happy). Instead I was told to book an appointment with the Hyundai dealership, to make sure it was the bulb that needed replacing (it is) and JT Chrysler would pay the diagnostic fee, and book me in for another appt to change the bulbs. I called Hyundai who directed me back to JT Chrysler. All in all a pretty big run around for some headlight bulbs. Fast forward over 2 months later, I am out of pocket for the headlights, and have chipped paint on an almost brand new car, which by the looks of things I will also be out of pocket to fix. I understand that things can take time these days, But I have been able to receive absolutely no follow up on any of these issues. Very disappointed. I will be buying elsewhere in the future.

Hello Brett, thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded it to a manager on your behalf. In regards to the headlight, when a used vehicle has factory warranty and is not our brand, such as your case, we will often pay for the diagnostic at the manufacturer first just to be sure it's only the bulb. This can save you time in the sense that if we took it into our shop and replaced the bulb only, (which of course we are happy to do) there could be a chance that it would simply go out again. Then we would be sending you to Hyundai to find out the root problem. The trip to Hyundai was simply to have Hyundai verify that whatever we repair was in fact going to be the solution. We understand that It seems unreasonable to not just change the bulb, but we really just wanted to double check. We had no intention to charge you for any repair to this vehicle, but we can see how the inconvenience of it was frustrating. We're very sorry this process upset you as much as it did. We should have been quicker to accommodate you and your concerns.
