This is the third vehicle our family has purchased from Thompson Chrysler Kingston All purchases were stress free, smooth and no problems at all. Twice we have dealt with Tony from the financial department. Very helpful, informative and professional. Latest vehicle purchased from Chris White. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to help us choose the right car. Took his time with us, never rushed. I would recommend Chris, Tony and the rest of Thompson Chrysler staff including service and mechanic staff any time Our first vehicle. Chrysler pacifica is everything we expected and more as well as the service that goes with it Brian & Christine

Isaac was a great Sales Person. Thanks so much. The vehicle is great. We have purchased 4 new Jeeps now (not from Thompson"s) over the years and they just keep getting better. We did have an issue after the sale with the format of the Purchase agreement (confusing) and some miss communication with extended warranty pricing, cost of borrowing and a couple of other things. Shaun and Tony did their best to resolve the issue(s). A bit frustrated at times but it all worked out..

Isaac was great to deal with when I made my recent vehicle purchase. He was approachable, knowledgeable, professional and a good listener. My extended warranty purchase and explanation of costing was a bit vague and not straight forward. I would have preferred to know the complete pricing rather than just the monthly payment as this left me feeling like the price might not be completely forthcoming.

This was our first visit to Thompson Chrysler. Chris is very polite, professional, and easy to get along with. He was always available in a reasonable amount of time which made buying a quick and easy process. We are very happy with our 2021 Jeep Wrangler!
