The entire purchase experience from start to finish was seamless. Every effort was made to accommodate and inform me through out the entire process. Sales consultant Dwayne went out of his way to secure the vehicle with my preferred specifications from out of town. This allowed me to obtain the vehicle within weeks instead of months waiting for a factory order. Delivery day was thorough and once again seamless. Personal touches such as assisting with the transferring of my belongings to the new vehicle, downloading the Lexus app, connecting my phone and explaining all the vehicle features were made. Special thanks to Dwayne and Tan for an awesome sales experience, Shirley for a smooth financial transaction, Sheila for a pleasant greeting and Brad for a great first service visit. An exciting new vehicle purchase was made all the more better by your collective efforts, thank you!
