Oscar at Georgian Chevrolet took an unique, no nonsense approach when we wanted to buy a car. We went over the numbers and broke down from there what was affordable and what that looked like over the various time periods. It really worked for us, versus selling us on a product we may or may not be able to afford and then going over the numbers. It was a respectful process and we really appreciated his guidance and support through it. We will go back for our next vehicle.

Tyler was great through the entire process. As a first time buyer, he really helped make the experience fun. Even after the purchase, they were great with working with my warranty and answering any questions I had. When it comes time for a new vehicle, this dealership will be my go to.

I own a 2006 Pontiac Pursuit, was never purchased at Georgian, and has never been to their service department. Just to speak with someone in the service department and not a voicemail took 6 phone calls, kinda ridiculous. The car has 260,000km no problems other than routine maintenance, brakes, tires etc. Took it to Georgian for the ignition and steering recalls. Had to visit 3 separate times, and speak with every service manager. Then was told "it's more than likely something else causing the ignition to turn off, so unfortunately you'll have to pay a $191 service in order for us to look at it." I'm no mechanic, but there shouldn't be something else that can cause the ignition to turn off. The car FINALLY went in 2 1/2 months after the ignition did shut off while doing 80 km/h, and on other occasions. It's been just 2 months since it was done, the dash lights work when they want, tail lights don't work at all, air bag light turns on and off randomly, when the car is started the trunk pops open, to shift out of park, your foot must be on the brake and have the trunk release button pushed, my sister was driving it yesterday, and the SEATBELT PRETENSIONER went off and retracted the seat belt in seconds. Lucky she wasn't injured. I just find it odd that there was never a problem with this car until it went to Georgian Chevrolet. I will never use this dealership again. General Motors Canada needs to send someone in as a regular customer, something like a secret shopper. Too bad I can't rate negative stars!

I bought a 2012 chevy sonic in August of 2012 brand new. I have an entire page list of problems I've had with it. I hate my car. And what I hate most is that I bring it in to get fixed , have to wait around and get a rental - I've lost hours upon hours upon hours of time and money- I get my car back and the problems still not fixed !!!!!

I have a 2012 Sonic and the problem that I encountered in the first year of owning the car still exist. GM was no help with dealing with the problems.
