Had to have a wheel bearing replaced on our truck while traveling. Georgian fit us in and had our truck fixed and we were back on the road in an hour. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Slow slow slow. I've taken my car in for a tire rotation appointment, at 9am, it was ready to go at 230 pm. Any servicing, plan on spending hours waiting. Oil changes, 4 hrs at least. Just brutal.

Went to move our son from Toronto back to Barrie for School on long weekend. His Pontiac G6 was acting up and running poorly. Nothing was open and had to head back home to Northern Ontario. On Tues. called Georgian Buick GMC. Talked with Chris Cambell and said not to worry and get him to bring it in. Checked out and Cat converter plugged. Got it all fixed up and running 100%. Best of all GM had extended warrenty period on cat and no cost!! I would like to thank Chris and staff for taking some stress out of my life( we live 5 hours away) and getting it all fixed up. Best GM dealer I have ever dealt with!! Thanks again Rick

Stay away for the love of God! They sold me on an unnecessary brake repair, less than a month later our back brakes were shot, and they say it is not their fault. Then they tell my wife that they can't give the car back to her in unsafe condition until she signs a form releasing them of the responsibility. They are complete crooks, and I will be ccoming back to them with lawyers. Stay away!!!!!!!

Sorry. Had to drop you to 2 stars. 1:30 appointment and the car doesn't even get looked at until after 3 with no explanation? Why have your customers schedule appointments if you can't keep them.
