Here is my experience. To start with, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a Rav 4 XLE 2024 with a standard package at Jackson’s Toyota south Barrie, In December of 2023, and the car arrived in January 2024. The sales guy Bimal Benny sent me a video message on 20th January without Door side moldings and by 22nd of January when I picked up the car I noticed the dealership added the side moldings. And also changed the rear mirror to auto dim mirror with home link. I never requested the dealership to add these accessories. Most especially the side moldings. Because personally i don’t like it. I went back to the dealership on the 23rd of January to express my concerns and the sales manager was literally pushing me out, after the discussions got heated, they emphasized that I signed the bill of sale with the accessories. The sales manager was also very arrogant and rude. Agreed I signed the bill of sale, but is it not the responsibility of the dealership to explain to the customer what the accessories are doing, most especially if it is going to alter the looks of the car before they ask the customer to consent and sign. For example I don’t know what side moldings are until I saw them on the car. Not everyone is a car accessory savvy to know their functions. I understand that dealerships want to sell their products but it should be well explained to the customer before consent. My experience at this Toyota dealership is the worst. I was harassed, humiliated, disrespected and was literally kicked out of their office, simply because I came to express my dissatisfaction. Please be advised to avoid this dealership if you want to purchase your vehicles, go else where! I have been a Toyota customer for over 10years and I have never had this type of experience. I don’t normally write reviews but I needed to do this, so that someone else won’t fall a victim. This is the worst experience ever!

I have recently made a purchase at Jackson's Toyota and traded in my vehicle. Customer service from Matt Mitchell and Cindy Wylie was outstanding: from professional and timely responses to a transparent process in pricing, ending with a compassionate approach that my particular situation required. And most of all, I feel confident that I got the best deal out there. This dealership is definitely one I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Jackson's Toyota!

My experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in. I have bought cars in past and never have I ever experienced such a smooth transition. Ekkom was so attentive and professional. He did not waste any time getting us the best possible purchase price and the trade value as well as the new purchase. Had a horrible experience dealing with their sales man Divyanshu Soni. He had advertised a car on Facebook Marketplace, for which I told him I will be there at a particular time and asked him to let me know if someone is coming earlier than me. I came back early from work in Downtown Toronto to go there, and called him to confirm. It is then he tells me that he had already called someone else. When I asked him why did he not call me, he just responded rudely, "You can complain about me if you want." What an entitled and rude person. A typical deceitful car salesman, but I had not expected this from Toyota. Also, he right away blocked me from his Facebook page as he knew I will give him an honest review for his lousy service. In fact I had had my reservations as he had really low ratings on Facebook Marketplace. Its a shame Toyota hires someone like this guy.

Had an excellent experience with Lee as a first time buyer. The entire process was stress free and he was always happy to answer any questions. I went to quite a few dealerships before deciding on Jackson's Toyota and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Lee, absolutely loving the new car!

I have serviced my car three times from here it’s feeling to bad that last time I paid 600 dollars to repair the brakes and Rotor and they haven’t fixed the rear parking break.The time when I mentioned they haven’t given any nearby dates to get it fixed. I don’t recommend anyone to service at Jackson Toyota. Because they target on the recommendation to do something else , Not on the car maintenance.

My experience purchasing a car from Jackson Toyota was excellent. I worked with Lee Thrasher through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. Lee made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car to make sure there were no surprises once I drive the car to home. I would highly recommend working with Lee to purchase your next vehicle. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. Special Thanks to Mr. Aamir for explaining well all the things.
