I originally went to Jackson's in the spring of 2022 to replace my current vehicle, a less than fuel efficient SUV. With the assistance of sales advisor Andrew Black, I chose a 2022 Toyota Prius Prime. A PHEV that would provide Toyota reliability and resale value as well as 1000 km on a tank of gas. A deal was made, and the wait for delivery began. Unfortunately, my purchase landed in the middle of a worldwide covid chip shortage for Toyota and many manufacturers. I knew that I wanted a Prius and was under no pressure to get one immediately. My jeep ran well, and other than being a gas guzzler, got me from point A to B. This is where the excellent customer service from Jackson's and Andrew Black kicked in. I was contacted at least monthly with delivery updates, sales, and technical literature and just to stay in touch. I was always confident that I'd receive my new vehicle and that it would be as soon as possible. When the 2022 model year allocation ended and it was clear I wouldn't be getting one, Jackson's and Andrew Black made sure I knew that I'd be getting a completely redesigned car and one that would be worth the wait! They were right! The 2024 Prius I took delivery of is a delight to drive! Attractively styled, sporty and fun to drive, and as fuel efficient as all Priuses. The sales process: In a word, painless. No hard sell, no going to talk to the manager to get a price and no unnecessary pressure to purchase typical dealership add ons. I've purchased vehicles from "old style" dealerships where they try to wear you down. This is NOT one of those dealerships. They respect your time and level of knowledge as a buyer. The sales advisor: I will admit that when I first met Andrew Black, dressed in a green poker card suit, I was concerned I'd been dealt a "Herb Tarleck" kind of salesperson. Nothing can be further from the truth! Andrew's legendary selection of gaudy suits are great ice breakers! They show Andrew is self-deprecating and dedicated to putting customers at ease! Even my wife, who, at the best of times, is suspicious of salespeople, took a shine to Andrew. Even though the sales process, which should have (in a non covid world), taken a few months ended up being 20 months, Andrew always took the time to communicate monthly by phone or text, even occasionally sending personal videos. Even if the information provided was a "no news" update, they were appreciated and assured me everything possible was being done to get me my Prius! The delivery: I got the call that my Prius was on the way in December. I picked it up on the 29th. As Andrew was on vacation and looking for new suits (!) Lee Thrasher handled showing me the Prius's features. For someone used to driving vehicles that while practical were dumb as dirt, the Prius was quite the change. This car is smart, literally and figuratively. Getting it hooked up to my phone and integrating Android Auto was relatively straight forward and Lee took the time to ensure I'd be able to operate the Prius at an entry level. Even a week or so down the road, I'm still discovering new features. Pro tip: if you have a vpn or firewall on your phone, disable it or create an exception for the Toyota app. It will definitely save you some grief. The bottom line: I paid market price for a desirable and hard to source vehicle. I was treated fairly on a price for my trade-in, and Jackson's finance people shopped around to get me the best rate possible, considering the seller's market for car financing. All in all, considering the lack of traditional dealer games, I feel I got a fair deal and was treated fairly and with respect. In this economy, that is a win and definitely a good thing. I highly recommend Jackson's Toyota and Andrew Black.

Toyota Jackson was very helpful for us to get a new vehicle for our family to be able to drive. They were excellent with helping us we would still go back to Toyota Jacksons for another vehicle. They are excellent service excellent everything can’t complain. I guess said I definitely go back there for another vehicle The service was excellent there.
