I had a great experience dealing with Volkswagen Bytek. Tim and the whole staff exceeded my expectation with their service. I'm extremely happy with my Tiguan!! I love it and I really appreciate the advice that Tim gave me to direct me to this car! I really love it

Body shop and paint, make sure to take lots of pictures before you bring in your vehicle. These guys are liars they damaged my spoiler, my emblem, broke clips in the trunk and just left them to rattle, broke the passenger door handle and left it, and now that snow/salt are here I try and use my rear window washer.. of course they didnt connect it. Terrible service when I confronted them about these issues they denied everything, Even with before and after pictures infront of his face. Watch out for bytek's body/paint shop. & I will be proceeding with contacting vw canada to make them aware of the situation.

I am having a horrible experience while dealing with used car section. We agreed on the price of 2019 Jetta that they have for sale. I have taken the courtesy to inform the dealership that I was away overseas and will be back on Jan 24, 2022. I offered a cash deposit of $2000 and I requested an additional 2 years warranty we were all in agreement no one says or mentioned anything. I was going to pick up the vehicle on Jan 25, 2022 and pay the balance of $30 k in cash however I was told I will not be able to do that because they cannot have an unpaid vehicle sitting on their lot. I did own new Volkswagen vehicle for long number of years dealing with St Catherines VW and would never have to go through something like that for customer service and courtesy the get a big ZERO....

This is our first-time purchase form Bytek, and we are very pleased with all employees who assisted us, starting with Sales Consultant, General Sales Manager and Financial Manager. Very friendly and non-pushy Team. Despite the market deficit, Dealership discovered a way to support us and fulfill our dreams with same day purchase. Comparing to other local Dealership, you won’t find extra charges on your final cost, that you will be forced to pay. And a personal extra touch, a bouquet of flowers was waiting us in the vehicle, at pick up day on my wife’s birthday. Thank You Bytek so Much!

I thought my Jetta will be serviced with honesty and professionally,alas,what an incredible worst and dishonest estimate received.I got an estimate for the whole car regarding an important issue with the Cam Sensor rendering a stalled car at lights and stop signs,with all what is needed to fix was the front coil springs they mentioned it has to be replaced and the cost was a hefty one however,I had the springs changed a month ago and I still got the bill from the garage who installed it,what Bytek is trying to prove here please I wanted someone to explain this. I received a nice email from the service manager(will not mention names)mentioning that they are here to help me on any question or detail regarding the car and I told them to go ahead and order the parts to fix the Jetta,no answer from the manager so far three weeks passed and I left a voice mail and 2 emails and they are still ignoring my calls which I think they realized that I found out about how they are trying to scam customers by charging unnecessary fixes which is illegal and not what Bytek reputation was built on. I am still waiting for an explanation to what is going on before I move forward and call the owner for receiving such a bad service which I did not expect from such a great dealership.
