Appointment? What’s the point?

While I find the staff to be professional and courteous, the timing of services needs improvement. I attended a 1 pm appointment and was told the tire change service would take 30 to 45 minutes. I opted to wait on site. The work was not complete until close to 3 pm. This is the third time that I’ve waited more than double the estimated time. While I appreciate that the service bays are busy, I have a hard time accepting that my time is seemingly neither recognized nor respected.

Wheel bearing and mirror change

I made arrangements to replace the wheel bearing and the mirror on my 2012 Mazda 3. I was supposed to call back with the VIN # to ensure that the proper mirror color was ordered however I neglected to do this. Even with my errors they were able to order me the replacement part and install it in a timely manner. The staff was very efficient, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future.
