My Grand Cherokee had a safety recall on the alternator due to them failing and in some cases catching fire. Unfortunately mine didn't survive long enough before the parts came in. Not only did it fry, but so did the PCM and battery as a result. Ryan Beaudry helped me out and everything was replaced in a week at no cost to me. There was no struggle getting Chrysler to do the work on their dime. Not even a diagnostic fee. Thanks a bunch!

I traveled from Grand Prairie to get out of a truck I never really liked, and into something I really did. I saw an ad on Kijiji for the vehicle I actually wanted, sent a message on a Friday, and the deal was done the following Monday. These people bent over backwards to make a deal that made that happen, and I haven't been happier with the experience. I love my 2017 Grand Cherokee, and couldn't be happier with Alistair in sales or Brittany in the finance office. I literally drove thru a snowstorm Oct. 1st to do this deal, and it was entirely worth my time. If South Trail has a vehicle you want, I can't recommend them enough. �

The people at this dealership take great care of their customers. Bruce Wayne was very helpful in finding me the right car that suited me! I am In love with my used Hyundai Elantra. Bruce made sure I got the best deal I could get and made sure I was going into something I could afford. Highly recommend you go see him!
