They are being discriminatory to their customers. We went there and wanted to finance the car and although we had job offer, job contract, and a pay stub, they refused to even show us the deals or the models. I guess “Dilawri” needs to learn how to behave rather than dealing.

I'm trying to cancel and reimburse a charge placed on my credit card 2 years after I bought an Outlander. My first call was in December 16th. Since then I called 6 times, sent several emails, opened customer service case (that I have the number and the person that talked to me), also talked to the manager of the dealership and sent dropped many voice message on sales managers massage box. Today, I month after my first contact, I still do not receive any answer, contact or feedback. Every single time I contact some Mitsubishi representative I received a different answer and way to react to that. Completely unacceptable customer focus behavior and also a lack of respect on a consumer trying to exercise my right of not accepting a product that does not worth to the cost. Very annoying situation.

Bought my car here, took it back for an oil change, While my car was sitting in their locked compound my catalytic converter got stolen off my car. Pretty much told me to kick rocks and go though insurance. The service manager was awesome and tried to do anything he could. But as for the general manager Eric he couldn't even give me the time of day. He did offer me a service credit after I had to get others involved, but he still hasnt replied since when I asked more questions. It does state in the work order that you sign, whatever happens to your vehicle is your responsibility, but they never had me sign anything. So never leave your car overnight here. No cameras on site even thought the sign states there is. Customer service is low priority to general manager Eric.

I don’t give recommendations easily, but today I was treated with kindness and understanding by a fine young salesman following an accident I recently had. I was looking for a replacement vehicle and Grayson was so helpful. He made my experience searching for a newer car actually pleasant!
