Please don’t go to this dealership if you are minority. I bought a 2022 Outlander from this location and from the beginning the customer service was horrible. The sales person rushed us and was dismissive. He did not want to answer our questions and we felt our questions were bothersome. If we were a white couple, that would not be the case. The Service department is another department that has treated us very poorly. Overall, the customer service and treatment at this dealership has been disappointing and unacceptable.

I had a great experience working with Mutasem (Moe) Abuzeid and Eli Farah at Mitsubishi Bank st. They were able to advise me on the appropriate vehicle to purchase. Delivery and sale closure of the vehicle was smooth and perfect. I would recommend them to other vehicle buyers.

Quintin was a pleasure to deal with. Rare to find an actual car guy selling cars it seems. Could chat with him for hrs ( despite him being a BMW fan). ;) Next time I'm looking, definitely see them 1st.
