Only thing good about this place is Paul Long. Great guy made the sale very plesent..... Anything past Paul was a horrible and very unprofessional experience right from financing to the sevice dept. ...... Back to Paul keep doing what your doing. Your excellent at what you do and very professional and down to earth. Only reason I made a review Is because FB asked me to. EDIT: I have recently learned the person I delt with in financing has sinced moved on and has definitly increased the odds of my return.

we traded in our two older vehicles on a Chrysler executive Pacifica with Paul as our sales rep. He made the dealings a very easy and factual,maybe even fun experience. We love our new Pacifica and hope to have 5 more years with it

They did the final sale paper work which was very easy to understand and direct. They did the leg work to contact bank to finance. Straight up real numbers. Concise and offered options.
