Extremely rude to my mother. Sent her to London where she was told she was given the run around and they could service her in Woodstock. Absolutely horrible staff, if you can't offer a service, you can still treat the customer with some human decency.

One star for friendly service - but then again, what con-person doesn't come across as your best friend? Don't waste your time considering buying a vehicle from Woodstock Chrysler. There are lots of dealerships with integrity in SW Ontario. Go to one any those instead. If you go there despite my advice, then the phrase "BUYER BEWARE" was never more appropriate. Ask every question, get everything in writing. Don't trust "the friendly small town dealership" to have your back. Because they are out to screw you to the floor. That's my experience, anyway. Good luck, if you decide to go there anyway. Purchased: 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan.
