This dealership is amazing! I worked with Paul, he was so helpful, explained everything while we were in the car, which was super helpful. We worked with Stephanie for the financial part, and she was able to answer all the questions we had. They offered amazing packages that you just couldn’t pass up. Joel explained all the features that came with the car. Everyone was super eager to help us with the car, and was so excited. Thank you West City,

My experience with the staff was fantastic. Scott was my main contact, and we coordinated the whole deal by phone. He worked hard to get me what I wanted, and talked me through the different buying options. I didn’t meet Scott face to face until I picked up the car, and he was even better in person. Scott even sent me extra info and videos after I got home. Stephanie worked with me on the financials. She provided info on the various options and was great at answering my questions. She left me feeling pretty confident. Joel spent a good amount of time sitting in the car with me to make sure I understood how to use all the features - that was super helpful. Overall an amazing experience. I would send my friends and family here. I got the car in late August and my only regret is not writing this review sooner.

I wasn't impressed with the service I was a month getting a wheel bearing put in on a 2021 CRV. I also approached the dealership in August of this year about buying a car on the lot a 2022 Civic they said it was order only they could not sell it yet it still sits there in November willing to sell it now no explanation.
