The experience was very, very favourable . We needed repairs on the timing mechanism and they were done quickly and added great value for us. The team was friendly and most reassuring and helpful.West City Honda is a very good dealership and we are grateful for their quality work. Bill Dudgeon and Matt and of course the excellent mechanics were there when we needed them. BRAVO!

The experience was nice and smooth when visiting the showroom. Got the best possible rebates and appraisals. If anyone is considering for a Honda.. I definitely recommend to visit WestCity Honda Belleville.

First off, I first talked to Shane about 5 years ago when I was sorta interested in a new car but never pushed something until I knew I was ready financially. Today I just picked up my 2022 civic sport with the help from Ted, Stephanie and Shane! They met all my expectations and always communicated very well and quick responses. I already have friends who want to experience that same thing and love the civic’s too, so they will definitely have my referral. You guys rock. -Thomas

Since receiving a call-back from West City Honda, I knew I was in good hands. I had been dealing with our dealerships prior to this and I could tell right away that this was the dealership that was really going to look after my needs and point me in the right direction, especially as a first time car buyer. Trish is an incredible agent! She is so upbeat, positive, good at communicating everything clearly to me, professional, and even gave me tips as a new driver. I felt so comfortable with her and I knew she was dedicated to making the process easy and convenient for me. I totally recommend this as the best dealership in Ontario! Awesome people and beautiful dealership, the perfect place to shop for a car. I have myself two Honda vehicles bought from West City Honda and I dealt with Ted,Chris, Shan, Stephanie…. It was amazing experience with the West City Honda team and they was amazing on every step I needed to take for car buying experience… Thanks West City Honda sales manager, Chris, Shan, and sales rep Mr. Ted… I am West City Honda customer since 2010 but I just bought a new 2022 civic and 2023 odyssey touring from them. I definitely would like to tell about the service team is amazing as well as The sales team. Honda is the best brand in the industry.
