This was my first time financing a vehicle. Ty was extremely helpful and seemed to want to sell me a vehicle rather than get away with my money. I’d recommend Ty to anyone looking to buy certified pre-owned. Not only did he provide exceptional service, he had the vehicle washed and ready before I even knew I wanted to leave with it. And also SMP because they have a lot of extra services and a prize mountain so.. that’s pretty much all you need to know about that.

Had a great buying experience, dealt with Brenden Agarand. He did his best to answer any questions I had ,and was very polite and never made you feel pressured. Went above and beyond, took us to get plates and on an oddly requested chauffeured test drive . Thanks again Brenden.

I dealt with Zahidul Islam to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one, and I had a great experience. He was polite and knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to find a number we were both happy with. His communication was excellent! I would definitely recommend dealing with him for your sales needs!

Just bought a Chevy Colorado ZR2 with Krista. She was excellent and wonderful to deal with. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and very professional about everything. Overall the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Already looking forward to dealing with them again. Just want to add had to bring in my Colorado for some warranty work. SMP is excellent as always to deal with. The service staff are great and very helpful.

Originally brought the wife's vehicle in for an oil change and to find out what happened to our rear windshield motor as it had quit working back during the winter. Was originally quoted one price but after the wife came back to pick up her vehicle and pay there was a significant difference in what we were quoted. After speaking with the service manager we discovered that the cost of the oil was not included in the quote which absolutely blows my mind to begin with along with the wipers that they knew they were going to have switched out while it was there. On top of all this, we told them the motor for the back windshield wiper was toast when first going there so we essentially paid for the diagnostics to tell us what we already knew. Their solution to over charging on a quote? 15% off our next service, which would have probably been to fix a problem they essentially aided in creating. What is the problem you ask? Well with a quick 5 minute Google any trained monkey can find that when a motor for a wiper is not working, it can lead to a parasitic draw which will in time completely drain the battery and leave it stone cold dead, which is what had happened originally when this problem first happened and is why when they received the vehicle there was no fuse for the rear windshield wiper which they oh so generously replaced. Now... I will say this... they did offer to take a look at it for free (rightfully so since they essentially were the cause of said issue) now on top of all the issues we were dealing with, the battery dying essentially caused the vehicle to not be started using the push to start feature and we were reduced to 1 vehicle while we tried to resolve this issue without being bent over by SMP's service department yet again. Thankfully, with a little digging, a mechanic friend and just a few brain cells we were able to fix the issue without needing anymore help from SMP which was probably for the best since we were essentially told that if we didn't remove a negative review they didn't want to continue a customer/business relationship with us. Sorry for the long review and if you made it this far I typically don't go to this extent to share a negative experience with a business... But after watching my wife get taken advantage of and to see a business lean on the inability to use a quote program properly.... I wasn't gonna let this slide. In closing... unless you got warranty... go to a local mom and pop shop... or find a mechanic that does work out of their garage. At least you know a smaller business is feeding families and not focused on overhead.

Most repairs are a two-step process, diagnosis followed by repair. This is done to ensure that the correct component is identified as needing to be replaced, and to confirm that there is not more than one point of failure. Following the proper procedure also activates the full warranty. When all the steps are followed, and OEM parts are used, General Motors of Canada provides a 3-year/60,000 km parts and labour warranty. That is, not only is the part being replaced covered, but so is the labour for diagnosis and repair, and repairs can be carried out by any GM dealer. Having said all that, we are glad that the concern has been fixed.
