It was really good dealing with Zahid, I felt really comfortable with this young man, I would recommend this person to anyone! Also the financing manager Brandon was great. Great work SMP👌

Bought a certified used vehicle November 2023. Purchased extended warranty. Had a mechanical issue and brought it in as it was under warranty. After being told our warranty had limitations and would only cover up to $2500 we were pretty disappointed. Was told they only needed prove of regular services which we provided. We were then told NOTHING was covered and they wanted to charge us $675 for the time they spent diagnosing the problem?? Avoid SMP! I have now heard soooo many horror stories.

Hello Janis, sorry to hear that your vehicle concern falls outside the limits of your extended service contract. Your contract can be utilized for many other types of repairs, however. Also, the dealership-level discounts we extended to you still stand.

I bought a vehicle from Robby Suffern at SMP. He was knowledgeable and kind and helped to find a new family vehicle. I was very happy with my purchase but noticed after about 2 months that there was an air leak in the windshield. I contacted Robby and he helped navigate the issue and got it replaced within the week. Robby and the staff at SMP are stand-up guys and I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Robby!!

Issue was not resolved even though I was told it had been fixed. Took three try's (and two towings) but they were finally able to fix the problem. Shout out to Rebecca for being supportive and trying to get things resolved.

I recentlypurchased a used vehicle from SMP. Thanks to Tyler Muench, everything went smoothly. He was very professional, courteous and responded to my enquiries and concerns with care. Tyler understood my needs and budget limitations, and helped my find the right vechile for me. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but thanks to Tyler it was easy and a pleasure to do business with SMP! If you are planning to buy a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Tyler!

I had the pleasure of dealing with a new, young salesman Zahidul Islam. I was quite impressed with his eagerness and willingness to help me find a decent vehicle. I even tried tricking him into lying to me when I already had the answer. I was not able to get him to lie to me in order to secure a sale. I was incredibly impressed by this. I’ve chewed up and spit out many salesmen over the years. Because of this, he actually ended up selling me more than I had intended! I will work with this fellow in the future at SMP, and have referred others to him as well. This fellow is undoubtedly an asset to the company. Further, the financial lady (Sam) was a pleasure to work with.

Brandon and Isaiah gave my family and I the VIP treatment. They went to bat for us on getting an awesome deal with a great vehicle that works for my wife and I and the kids, and I never felt like a car dealership actually had my best interests in mind.
