Buying the car was easy but after i still had parts on back order. Within 3 months i have visited 3 times and still have not received the parts or a call notifying me of that.

Ok. But didn't appreciate that they charged me oil disposal fee when i was told oil change service is FREE!

I booked the appointment through sales person in Roadsport Honda and Mr. Tiger was very upset about it and I had a very bad customer service experience, I would do that expensive maintenance at other dealers if I knew I'm going to meet a rude mechanic.
