This location went above and beyond my expectations! From the very first interaction to the last, the customer service was consistently excellent. I had the pleasure of being served by salesperson Ziad, finance manager Sunny, and sales manager Asad. Ziad was super friendly and patient with all my questions, Sunny was quick and efficient , and Asad showed genuine care and concern regarding all aspects of my purchase. I am delighted and will be referring everyone to this Kia location as it is worth it no matter how far they live!

I had called to see about purchasing a 2023 rio manual transmission, after asking twice on the phone to make sure they could order one, because 2 other dealerships told me they could no longer get them, they assured me they could, so I made an appointment drove over an hour and half to get there to find out that they could not get it either, I’m not sure if it was because they were just very unknowledgeable about their own products or they just wanted us to go in to try and sell us a more expensive model, either way it was not a good experience for me.

I had the best experience at bank St KIA. The sales team was amazing, and so informative, and friendly, !. My sales guy Kingsley was super awesome, helpful. Felt like family. The Finance manager Sunny was great, got me all the important information. And was so chill !! Made everything so easy to transfer over. The dealership took care of everything I mean EVERYTHING!!!! So awesome.

The entire experience was incredible. Kingsley and Sunny as well as the store manager were extremely helpful and truly reminded me of what good service is. This is my first KIA, but due to the experience at Bank Street KIA, it will not be my last

We had a great experience with Ayub and Sunny at Bank Street Kia. They helped us with purchasing our Kia Seltos. They were very transparent about cost/fees and timeline expectations, and never pressured us to spend more than we were comfortable with. They also were great with keeping in touch while we waited for our Seltos to come in. We visited many car dealerships in the process of buying our car, and Bank Street Kia was miles ahead of the rest in terms of customer service, product availability, value, and trustworthiness. We would highly recommend this location for any of our friends/family looking to buy a Kia.

Came all the way from waterloo to pickup. Good store, friendly and helpful service. Great deal, best i could find in east side of ontarion. Special thanks to Mike here and Ralph. I would recommend consider a purchase here.
