One of best experience at dealership, everyone is super friendly and supportive. Especially Kingsley (Sales representative) ensured his virtual and physical presence throughout the process. I never had to visit showroom and everything was taken care prior to my arrival, gave nice tutorial of car features prior delivery ad helped setting up with Kia-connect

Terrible customer service. I went in over the weekend to find out about my options to get a new Rio. It wasn't quiet, but there were not other people waiting for service and there were Sales agents and Managers) alone at their desks working. My friend and spent the first 5 or so minutes looking a couple of the cars in the showroom, then stood in the middle of the showroom waiting for a sales agent. Several walked past but we were not greeted, not acknowledged, not told, "I am with someone at the moment but I will assist you after", nothing. We stood there for a good 7-10 minutes and absolutely nothing. I understand people might be busy, but I also expect some kind of acknowledgment or nicety. Also, at one point, a couple came in and one of the agents stopped with his client and greeted them right away. We decided to leave and just before I left, I said loudly enough, "I guess I will buy my car elsewhere" and to that, I heard, "go ahead". That is beyond rude. I will never buy a car there and never recommend them to anyone.

I had an Exceptional interaction with these good people. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I got the good deal I needed and a brand new vehicle to last me years to come. More than one of my family members has dealt with Bank Street Kia and I'm sure I won't be the last. Ziad was great, as was Mo, Ralph, and last but not least Michael who was wonderfully thorough in explaining the functions of the car. A ++ from me! Thanks for everything guys

People at this location are extremely polite and cooperative. Ryan, a nice young man at the service department, is above and beyond. He got a great smile and a promissing future. I give him 5 stars.
