I decided to wait a year to review so that I could give a review complete with after leaving the lot! I bought my Focus end of March of 2016, my sales person was Robert. I can honestly say it was the first time I have felt that a car salesperson had my best interest in mind. Worked with me really quickly- helped me decide on an economical, reliable car. They were very quick! I was driving the new car within 3-4 days of first coming in. I also appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy extra warranties or insurances (you know the ones that can add 1000's to your loan and they make you think you HAVE to get ). None! Zero pressure! I cannot stress enough, it's the first time I haven't been pressured/forced. I bought new and used vehicles in the past and always pushed to buy paint protection, fabric guard, etc. Gives me hives just thinking about it! Today: I've had my car over a year and it's been a good car, have had no issues, the only money I've spent on it has been oil changes, winter tires and basic maintenance. Very happy with it! If I were just reviewing Robert he'd absolutely get 10 stars!!! Excellent salesman, knowledgeable and provided genuine service! Answered my myriad of questions! I did, however, find the price a little high, not terrible though! I would absolutely recommend this dealership, specifically Robert!

I was shopping for a Ford Fiesta with a manual transmission online and decided to take a look at the one That Car Place had in stock as the price was good. The car was in good condition and drove well. It was as advertised, friendly, no pressure, no hassles and straight forward. I decided to buy it. Many thanks to Kyle who explained things well and Robert who handed it over to me when I went to pick it up. The car makes a good, fun urban shuttlecraft and returns good mileage in both the city and on the highway, just what I wanted. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in pointing friends or relatives looking for a good deal on a used car in the direction of That Car Place.

I purchased a car in Dec. The Sales person was very helpful and considerate of my financial situation. Gave me a chance to make 3 p/dated checks to finish payment of car. Some unforeseen repair was needed later. The garage staff were very helpful and considerate. Lent me a car for the day to get to Hospital appointments. The service advisor is extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure to do business with Firm. I have recommended them to several people at the Seniors Center. I will go nowhere else for my repairs or vehicles in the future.

We just picked up our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and we couldn't be more excited! Rob and Anya did a great job, they've definitely earned repeat customers in us! The referrals will soon be on their way! That Garage Place took good care of us as well!
