I brought my brand new pioneer in because it was out of alignment (tires wore out under 1000k)! When I brought it in, i was advised it was lined back up. Then Honda tried to charge me. However I knew something wasn't right so I brought it to a professional because it wasn't handling properly.Turns out it was out an inch and a half of alignment! That's concerning for supposed Honda professionals working on a Honda brand. Consequently, I canceled aprox 8k of options prior to this because I had no confidence in their knowledge to install either. Also, there is no compensation for my tires from a brand new bike ...

a thoroughly stressful experience. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. mainly the spare parts department were rude. I called 3 times to buy 4 snow tires, the first time I was asked to call a week later, after a week they just hung up. repair service lacking of communication.
