Beyond happy with my experience with Riverview Honda. They were extremely helpful and listened to my wants/needs and made some adjustments to get me into the car I loved and wanted. Even with a few bumps along the way, they MADE SURE that I got exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy and that I got what I wanted /needed. Brendan in sales and the sales manager WERE BEYOND ACCOMMODATING and I left happy and assured that I was well taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend dealing with these guys, and when the day comes when I will need a new car, this would be my first stop. I've thanked them over and over, but just want to say it again, words can't express my gratitude.

Was told shipping about 2 weeks arrived, and wait for 3 months. A good vehicle, smooth, but needs to be more clear about what telling the customer.

Excellent service department: ever since 2007, the service team has been taking care of our Honda Civics. The quality of their work in our experience is outstanding and worry free. We still see our old 2004 Civic (which we sold in 2019) driving around Fredericton with probably close to 400000 kms on it, thanks to Honda quality and Sutherland (now Riverview) Honda quality maintenance. A huge thank you to the Service Department, Parts Department and Riverview Honda! Excellent sales department: in 2019 it was time to buy another car. Sutherland Honda had great competitive prices and sales staff were very professional. We are still very pleased we bought from Sutherland Honda. Thank you!

Customer service in their service department is seriously lacking. There was a clear problem with my car after they did work on the brakes (weird noise), but they had no interest in investigating and told me to come back in two weeks. Pointing out that whatever the issue was, was clearly a result of their own work didn't seem to register with them to make it any sort of priority. Turned out to be serious negligence on their part in forgetting to put caliper pin bolts back on. Fortunately I had a friend who sorted it out for me, but had I actually kept driving for two weeks I legitimately could have died if the caliper had gotten any more loose and seized up the wheel. Their response was to offer a free oil change... It was only after I outlined the seriousness of the situation that they decided to agree a refund would be more appropriate. To add insult to injury they have this ridiculous policy of having an employee call you a few days later to ask about the appointment and if "everything went alright." No, of course everything didn't go alright - you almost killed me.
