I bought a chevrolet impala and these are my comments Salesman, excellent with knowledge of several languages When I received my vehicle I encountered a few problems. 1st The oil does not look changed as mentioned in the report. 2nd It has a headlight with a lot of moisture 3rd The electronic lock on the driver's door does not work. 4th Car was delivered to me unwashed and low on fuel. For all these problems I spoke with my salesman, who kindly put me in contact with the maintenance manager, made an appointment to solve after a week, today I went to my appointment but: 1st The person who gave me the appointment was not there and the person who attended me could not help me in English, so I could not explain everything, however he attended me half-heartedly. 2nd I explained to him that I had an appointment for today, he checked the list of problems and not all the required items were there, specifically the 3rd problem. 3rd He did not solve anything and asked me to wait for the person who made the appointment to arrive from vacation, Now I have to wait for this person for a new appointment, I have to deal with opening the door from the passenger side all the time and this really bothers me, especially if I have to wait after having made a previous appointment to solve the problems.

And very very very dishonest and decieving! Also would not change the tires that were 7/32 and 6/32 and a visible plug in one! This was on a 34000 dollar vehicle! They try to make you think that a high interest rate is a good deal at 8.49% lol
