I recently bought a new CX-5. My visit started by meeting Moe Hezam. From start to finish, Moe was truly working for my wife and I. His product knowledge is superior. There was not a single question that my wife or I had that Moe did not have an answer for. Moe was very patient and understanding as we waivered between a CX-3 and CX-5. When it came to the contract part, we were able to get what we asked for and then some. Anyone out there looking to purchase from Bank Street Mazda, do yourself a favour and ask for Moe Hezam, he is an attentive and professional salesman that will make you glad you dealt there. I have bought no fewer than 10 vehicles from the Dilawri group and this purchase was by far my most enjoyable and seamless. Upon delivery, I left the lot knowing all the features of the vehicle and how to work them all. I sure left feeling smarter than when I got there. Talk about paying attention to the smallest detail, we had our grandson with us upon delivery and we had forgotten his booster seat. When I went to put my grandson in the vehicle, Moe actually asked if we had a seat for him and if he would be ok. Moe cared a lot about all of us, not just our money.

Go there for one single changing oil and then they call me 3 time a week with an automatic telemarketing system they use and I receive automated marketing calls even the week-end! Avoid!

I've been driving a 2006 Honda CRV for 5 years and felt it was time to get a new AWD vehicle. I checked a few other dealerships and brands before going to check the Mazda CX5 at Bank Street Mazda. I'd read reviews that placed the CX5 either 1st or 2nd in the class. We arrived on a sale day and were well treated by staff, especially Sunny and Sean. After an impressive test drive we decided to purchase. The process went very smooth and we came away very happy with our choice.

I wish there was less than 1 star to rate Bank Street Mazda with. In a nutshell, we bought a Mazda 3 with the sport package and Quebec license plates. It came with tinted windows. My wife was later fined by Quebec police for having tinted windows 4x darker than the legal limit. The Sales Manager, Jayson Lucas, accepted no responsibility for this and stated that it was akin to selling us a vehicle that could exceed a speed limit and then blaming Mazda for getting a speeding ticket. We assumed that when Mazda put QC plates on our vehicle that it was legal to drive in that province. However, Mr. Lucas did "say" that they would remove the tint. That was 131 days ago. Since then he has refused to return any of our dozens of phone calls. All we need to do is book an appointment for the tint removal, but he refuses to book one for us. In the meantime, we are driving a vehicle in fear of being ticketed again. Bank Street Mazda will happily sell you a vehicle. But if you read these reviews, you'll see that any follow up customer service is completely non-existent. We still love Mazda vehicles but this is certainly the last one we'll purchase from Bank Street Mazda.

After i visited unhaggle to get some pricing information for Mazda 6, Moe Hezam sent me an email and invite me for a test drive. I was shopping around and couldn't make up my mind when I visited Bank Street Mazda in the weekend. Mr. Hezam really convinced me Mazda6 was the one I really needed. Not only he is polite, friendly, he is very knowledge on the car. He knows all the features on different models, and understood what I really desired from a car. At the end, I got the best car that I could afforded, the best price I could get from any dealer, and one of the best car buying experience. Thank you Mr. Hezam
