I had a great experience at Bank Street Mazda. This was my first time buying a car and Moe Hussein made the process easy and stress free. I got a fantastic deal on the exact car I was looking for, and I never felt pressured to buy a bigger or more expensive model. Moe was wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

I purchased my new vehicle one week ago, and I couldn't be happier. The process of finding the perfect vehicle for my family was a tedious process, and Bank Street Mazda made the process much easier! We visited the dealership on two occasions, and both times had more than friendly service from all levels of employees. Sunny was an AMAZING sales rep! He was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful! He made me feel comfortable with my lack of understanding about vehicles, and he seemed very trustworthy with his explanations. He discussed many reasons why he thought the Mazda5 would work for my family, without ever making me feel pressured or rushed to purchase. A delight to deal with!

After a frustrating full day of car "window" shopping it took just 10 minutes of dealing with Moe to realize that we were definitely going to buy with Mazda. He was extremely informative and professional. He was also not pushy in the least, which helped us feel more comfortable in making a decision on our own which felt right for us. He tried everything to satisfy our needs and even threw in some extra things that we didn't even expect. Even after all the great service it didn't stop there, we were treated with the same respect in the financing department, where the guy gave us all the protection he could possibly give us, without going over our perceived budget. Over all we walked out with a car we never imagined we could ever afford with a smile on our face and the satisfaction that we did indeed chose the right car for us!!

I went in to purchase a car almost 2 weeks ago and dealt with Zein. Everything seemed to go fine and I ended up purchasing the car.. Things got a little bit confusing regarding insurance and they made it out to be the biggest deal and instead of picking up my car friday they said I couldn't pick it up till Tuesday. That was fine--until I went to pick up the car. It was the most unorganized and rude experience I have ever had with sales people. Not only did Zein not seem to know what was going on, neither did the finance manager Sean and the girl at the front desk. They ended up misplacing my safety and e-test and said to just come back tomorrow. They also were not helpful at all when it came to final payments at the front desk. The girl had no idea what she was doing and the 2 salesman did not seem to care to speak up. As frustrating as that was I left and came back the next day. I was patiently waiting in the waiting room when Zein and a Sales lady came out bitching about my mom and I and what a pain it had been. Not only did they make themselves look like idiots, but also the customers waiting for their cars to be serviced were shaking there heads at them. Again, nothing was organized (he forgot my owners manual) but he tried to deny saying anything about me while I was standing right there. Overall the worst experience I have had at a dealership...I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.
