For me buying a car is like pulling teeth. The hassle, negotiations , the mistruths I have experienced in the past has stayed with me. Until I purchased a car at Bank street Mazda. This is my first Mazda car.The staff were friendly and helpful especially Jayson and Ali. They treated us with respect(made sure our kids were entertained) . It made our purchase actually quite painless and enjoyable. I test drove two cars, and with discussions with Jayson I opted for the Mazda 3. He knew his stuff, did not go into the special room where all car salesperson tend to go and come back with a small discount. He was honest and refreshing. There was no pressure to buy, and I felt no stress in making such as big purchase. Ali made sure our car was ready and he gave us a tutorial . His attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership.

My husband and I went to Bank Street Mazda to look into a new car for me. We had no intention of purchasing immediately and made this known on our arrival at the dealership. Sunny said he would be pleased to help us determine which, if any, would be the best vehicle for our future purchase. It was obvious that my husband was knowledgeable about cars and I was not. As Sunny answered his questions and spoke of mechanical matters, he made a point of speaking in layman’s terms and explaining things in a way I could understand and appreciate. Too, he inquired about my driving style, typical car usage, needs and wishes. Together we settled on 2 possible vehicles. Sunny took us for extensive test drives in both in which both my husband and I had the opportunity to put the cars through their paces and learn the attributes and extras each had to offer. When we decided that the CX-5 GS was the car for me, we were given the various pricing options. As we were leaving we again reiterated that we had not planned on an immediate purchase but would consider their packages and, should we decide to purchase, we would be in touch within the next day or 2. As an aside I said that I would only consider buying a red one. The next thing I knew, a sold sign was put on the red CX-5 in the showroom. When we protested, we were told that there was absolutely no obligation on our part but, as it was the only red one they had with the options we wanted, they wished to insure we could have it if we wanted it. They would ‘hold’ it for us for the 2 days we had mentioned. – Truly, I felt no pressure whatsoever. This was just 1 more sign that they valued us and wanted our options to remain open. The price was too good to pass up. We called to say we would take the car and Sunny made himself available at our convenience. Before signing the paperwork, he again went through the vehicle with us to insure it was exactly what we wanted. At the time of pickup, he went over the car once more, ensuring everything was as asked, answering last minute questions – even pairing my phone for me. This was a dream transaction. Every person we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Sunny was a delight to deal with. I will happily recommend Bank Street Mazda and Sunny to my family and friends.

The place is pleasant and friendly. Ali was very helpful in answering all our questions, but was not pushy (as it is sometimes the case when you buy a car). He left us alone to look around and was there to help when needed. Not only was the service great, but... driving the car really put the cherry on the sundae! We love our new Mazda3 Sport GS!

I just wanted to write a note to commend Bank Street Mazda and my salesman Sunny Chadha on a great car buying experience. Sunny was very friendly and easy to talk to. He knew his product very well and was able to answer all my questions. I had a few specific needs and unlike at other dealerships where the salesman appeared not to hear what I was looking for, Sunny quickly zeroed in on my requests and didn't waste anyone's time. He had a very low key sales approach which was appreciated and I think that and the fact that he listened to what I was looking for helped close the deal. I would heartily recommend Sunny and Bank Street Mazda to anyone looking for a new car.

Bought the first Mazda 3 GT 2015 with Standard transmission...I'm in love with the car already! Was a pleasure dealing with Bank Street Mazda, would recommend to anyone. Dave might be old, but he knows his Mazdas!

We were wowed with our recent experience buying a Mazda 3 from Bank Stree Mazda. What clinched the deal for us is the way Zein dealt with us. Not pushy, attentive, very professional, yet extremely friendly. We were able to make a decision on the spot to buy the car because we felt that we could trust what Zein was presenting to us. We certainly will be return customers.
