About a month ago, I had to buy myself a car. I was impressed with the great service without pressure. I appreciate how in a professional and friendly manner I was ask several time what was important to me in a car to ensure my requirements were met. All my questions and trust me I have many questions were answered. I pick up the car and Zein was waiting for me to go over the details of the car. I am enjoying the car and recommend the dealership. I walked into the bank street Mazda dealership not knowing what to expect, but I was greeted by a salesperson named Mostapha (Moose). He was extremely helpful and kind, he provided excellent service. I felt comfortable and I knew this is where I wanted to get my car. I was thinking of buying a small car and the Mazda 3 was one of my options. Mostapha answered all my questions and he was really able to listen to what I wanted. After the test drive, I decided to get one. All my expectations and more were met. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car, Thank you! Amar A.

I am shocked by the poor service, lack of attention and delays. I've purchased from the Dalarhi group before with very good service. Not this time. Caveat emptor.
