Buying my 2014 Mazda3 was a great experience I have had my previous car (2009 Mazda3) serviced at Bank Street Mazda and their service was always pleasant and enjoyable. That led me to start looking over on the sales side and of course at the new 2014 Mazda3, well I knew I wanted to buy it so I went forward with Bank Street Mazda. First person I spoke with was Jason Lucas, he basically gave me the confidence that if I bought my new car from BSM I would be getting the best deal possible and the best service. Mr.Lucas then assigned me to Sunny Chadha who was my salesman for this deal. When I started to talk with Mr. Chadha I quickly came to realise his professionalism and courtesy which are traits that are important to me, Sunny seemed to just know what I wanted in terms of packages/features of the new car and as a result I purchased the right trim level that vest suites my needs. I also would like to mention Mr Moe Sakka (Business Manager) who convinced me to purchase the FinalCoat protection plan because with this plan I feel extra confident that my new car will look and feel new for a very long time. My whole experience buying my new car at Bank Street Mazda was absolutely a pleasure, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda in the Ottawa area. I don't want to write a lengthy review. I will just simply say that I had a very bad experience with one of the sales consultants. He was very condescending in the way that he was explaining the vehicle to me, he must have been having a bad day or something. I went in with the mentality that I was going to buy a car that day itself, but soon realized that I wasn't dealing with a professional. I decided to go to another dealer and purchase the vehicle I wanted.

Excellent Experience ! We had the pleasure of trading in our 2009 Mazda 5 for a brand new 2014 Mazda CX5 AWD GS this past week, Both my husband and I have been so impressed with the customer service and Kevin Spears went above and beyond any of our expectations! We are truly pleased and will always be returning customers. Our experience with the other staff as well, let it be in the Financial Department or Service Department was a pleasure (from past to present). Their knowledge and experience and the love of their jobs shine through everything they do. It was a first time of purchasing a new vehicle for myself personally (my husbands 5th) and it was seamless, easy, friendly and most of all a great experience. I highly recommend Bank St Mazda for any services, a new car, trade in, service or even buying a used car I guarantee you will walk away with a smile :-)

Car buying made easy. I was pleasantly surprised how well I was treated, and how easy it was to find exactly what I wanted and at a great price. Ivan Zechel was polite and extremely knowledgeable about his vehicles. He was able to efficiently and effectively demonstrate what made the Mazda a safe and reliable vehicle, and when asked Ivan immediately setup a test drive. The test drive was done very professionally with a good size route that let me really get a feel for how the vehicle handled and the features it had. By the time we were done and back at the dealership I could confidently say I knew what made the Mazda better than the other vehicles I'd tested before I'd arrived here. After that Ivan and I sat down and in relatively short time worked out what I felt to be a very good sale price for the vehicle with some added options. Most importantly I am convinced that Ivan worked quite hard to help me get the best deal possible. Which means for me the next time I need a vehicle I know exactly who I'm going to see about it. My wife had not been able to make it out to the initial test drive but Ivan gladly arranged another showing for her at a time that was entirely convenient for us. He went over the whole vehicle again with her, nuts and bolts to safety and maintenance to make sure all her questions had been answered. After deciding on the vehicle and options my wife and I sat down with Michael Webb the business manager to arrange all the legal and financial details. Michael has very polite, and helped us get all the paperwork in order in a very short time. He would also stop to answer any questions we had along the way making the whole process nicely transparent and efficient. Overall Ivan and Michael made the car shopping experience at Bank Street Mazda the best I've ever had and I will be recommending them to any family or friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
