I have been a Bank St. Mazda customer for 12 years now. In that time, I have never been anything but happy with the service provided. My recent experience this past week at Mazda was nothing short of sincere and supportive and it is why I am writing this review today. After videotaping odd happenings with my audio system in my 2011 Mazda 3, Service Manager, John Dustan, immediately brought his expert sound system tech, Diego, in on the discussion of events. From that moment the priority became my safety and the distractibility factor this problem was causing. My car was put in for immediate service, a new audio system was ordered with the reassurance that if the problem could not be resolved by the weekend, they would rent a car for my planned trip to travel to visit my family for Thanksgiving. John and Diego worked with my time schedule to resolve this issue in a professional and always friendly matter, keeping me up-to-date on their progress. I was impressed with John and Diego's tenacity to discover the cause of the issue, but more importantly, with their immediate concern for the safety of me and my family; impressive to say the least! As always, Brian was his friendly, outgoing self, as he continued to provide updates on the status of the car and the events unfolding. I cannot even imagine the number of customers John, Diego and Brian deal with on a daily basis, yet I always feel like my customer satisfaction is their top priority! Well done! Going to this dealer was a great experience. Sunny Chadha was the sales associate who helped us navigate the big selection of cars in Bank St. Mazda. He was very helpful and friendly. From choosing the car to test driving to negotiating the price was very easy to due the wonderful attitude of Sunny. He helped us through the stressful process of choosing our car 2010 Tucson with great ease. After sales service was also awesome as Mr. Chadha called us and followed up with us few days after we took the car home. I would highly recommend Bank Street Mazda and Sunny Chadha. K. A. Siddiky

During our test drive we ended up in a traffic jam due to construction, consequently, spent more time in the car together than is probably the norm. Zein was comfortable to be with, friendly and funny. All round nice guy.

The price here is very reasonable, and the salesman, Suuny Chadha, is a very friendly guy. He never plays tricks with you. You will definitely find a car here.

Moe Sobeh is a genuine salesman with passion and a high energy level for his job. He is a superstar and he is far more sensitively aware of his customer's needs and objectives. We all appreciate and wants to deal with honest people and Moe puts himself in the place of his potential customers.
